Taking it to the dealer may or may not fix your issue. Did you get all the codes and list them? I'm sorry if I missed them.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say a dealer won't do crap.

Reason being, when most members take it into the dealer and they see a P0101 they go directly to intake and MAF. Then they like to give up when they replace all that and it's not fixed.

What will happen is they will replace the intake items, then look for a tune and then tell you to go fly a kite because of your tune.

Unbolt the charge pipe from both ends, then pull it down and remove sensor.

Why buy new oring, don't think I have ever had a lower map oring stop a leak there, just put silicone around the oring, don't get on map sensor area and put it in and let it dry. Works awesome

Or he could simply get the correct sized o-rings and not have his charge pipe gobbed up with rtv. A correctly sized o-ring will always seal and hold better than rtv in a high pressure system regardless anyways.

I had correct size oring, all it takes is one scratch inside the port and it leaks. Not rtv, silicon. Not messy at all and comes off easy. Or e6000 sealant. Especially on zzp lower charge pipe, maf relocate leaked no matter what I tried. Till I used the e6000

I'm not particularly a fan of e6000 in the automotive world due to it's inability to hold up to gasoline very well, so I'd be sort of hesitant to go that route. I do agree with putting a light coating of something like dielectric grease on o-rings for sure though. It helps lubricate the ring a bit for easier installation, it prevents the ring from possibly rolling, and it adds additional sealing. I'd just be pretty hesitant to use something that cures on o-rings like silicone, rtv or e6000.... unless in an absolute pinch.
