Install gone bad

Installed the following: ottp stage 2 kit/dual pass endplate/opt b/ottp heat exchanger.

Ther is a hollow bolt that goes into the upper radiator hose. We forgot to put the line leading to coolent tank before trying to screw the hollow screw in. Needless to say, we snapped the bolt.

My question is, how do we get the the screw out?

You could buy a "easy out",(technical name.)There are two different kinds.
The wedge shaped and the reverse threaded kind.Any auto supply or tool supply store will have them.

I Am Assuming Ur Talking About The Bolt That Goes On The Cylinder Head On The Front That Bleeds The Air To The Surge Tank Correct ?!

If So Do The Following & Please Be Carefull, I've Done This Before A Couple A Years Ago On A Friends Car...

Drill It, Clean Up, Rethread, Flush Ur Coolant System A Couple Times & Ur Set... Drill It With A Bit Thats The Same Size Of The Hole It Self So U Can Screw The New Bolt In Easily...

Thats Not That Bad Try Snapping A Spark Plug In The Head, Now Thats A Fun Project To Get Get Out, Been There Done That Works Great

would it be possible to take canned air and turn it upsidedown to try tofreeze the bolt. Then hit it with screwdriver and hammer to break it out?

Also, when i try typing that part number in nothing shows up. Is there a specific place to find it?

If that was the case all cars would break when it snows outside

The idea is that since it is thin, it could be broken.

Is this bolt hollow through the center? If so, you could maybe wedge something inside the hollow part and twist to get it out.

Ok well we will keep trying.

Once we get it out I will need another bolt. Where would I find it?
