Problems/Service/Maintenance Do you have problems with your new 2.0, 2.2, or 2.4L? What kind of service did you have done?

loss of boost pressure..

loss of boost pressure..

this only happens when it rains it seem..is my intake getting wet or my intercooler cracked and water getting in there? im not sure but i think its probably one of the two..it goes from stock 15psi to about 5psi and lots of power lost..anything? thanks

thanks for responding!

full mpx exhaust and mpx downpipe with cat that i put on..and probably the problem- a hahn cai in which i did not install, previous owner did.

oooooo ok, well it could be your intake sucking in water if you're gunnin it when it's pouring outside.. you should check to see if theres a hydroshield on the actual filter.. you can tell if you open the hood an peer down, but if you still cant see, then take your headlight off on that side..

same thing happened to me today, and it kinda putted around, i couldnt go past 3 grand. i came home started it up 4 hours later and everything was fine

perhaps the MAF is getting wet and skewing things until it dries out.

my guess. Its pretty hard to suck water in unless your headlight is really loose or you went thro a 2 foot puddle
