Rough Idle issues...with DTC's.

Rough Idle issues...with DTC's.
So here's my situation. I have a 2.0 supercharged, and my car is idling really really shitty. I keep throwing a P0140 and a p0141:
P0140 HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Sensor 2 ECM, PCM
P0141 HO2S Heater Performance Sensor 2 ECM, PCM
With the way its running, i'm kind of thinking it may be a ringland because when i lightly rev it, it has the boxer motor sound. But, i look at my interceptor and its not showing any knock what so ever, and it seems to run fine when driving for the most part. Any ideas? I had a 3" exhaust made, and they eliminated the 2nd 02 sensor, and was shut off by my last "tuner". could that cause these codes?
