I this still on. How much is shipping to b0v1a0, Nova Scotia, canada. What would the total be for the header with 1 3/4 primaries with the 3" collector and the 3" downpipe with cat or without the cat. Please include shipping into the total price.

I will order tomorrow for sure, so I guess I'll be #19. Hopefully someone else jumps in and we all save a little more.

Yes its still on until the 27th tomorrow. the price is on the first page depending on the number of people that buy we have 18 currently and a 19th person that said right above me they will order tomorrow so you would be 20th so the price will be the 20 people group buy price which with 20 people would be 280 + shipping with no cat and the 3" dp or if u want they can make it 2.5. now if u want to add the chromex coating that would be + 150 dollars more. but if not then 280+shipping maybe shipping would be 20 or 35 bucks for you since ur in canada im not sure tho for me its like 20 or 25 i beleive

Also concerning the "velocity cone", is that standard feature? Or something that is additional in cost? What benefit does it provide?
We have tried ceramic paints on this particular header. It peels almost instantly so don't waste your time or money. The "spray-on" you are referring to is called ceramic coating. It really is the only way to go, in my opinion. It reduces radiated heat, inproves scavenging (good for maybe 1 HP) and helps protect the metal from rusting, though it is NOT a rust proofing.

The velocity cone is an additional $25.00. It helps the exhaust gases to "merge" more smoothly without the added expense of a true "merge collector", (estimated price from Burns Stainless for mild steel is $285.00 for the collector only)... The cone or merge collector helps reduce the chances of the exhaust sounding raspy.

I just received another deposit via PayPal. Not sure if it's #19 or a deposit from a customer Beth spoke with earlier today.

Also, you guys are right on the money. Beth IS a "doll". Her avatar picture doesn't do her justice. If this GP goes to 25 I'll include a picture of Beth with every order I ship. LOL

C'mon now, a velocity cone can't touch a burns merge collector. Lets be honest here

I've used thier stuff to build a set of headers, its like opening a box of stainless steel sextoys for a real car guy. Awesome stuff. Although, it was over $1500 in PARTS, then everything had to be made up.

Also: has anyone ever used that ceramic header paint well? I did my DP once, and it didn't work well at all.

I wasn't trying to compare the cone to a Burns collector. I was simply trying to describe what they do. Same concept. I agree the Burns parts are beautiful. We tried making our own merge collectors years ago but trying to do so by hand just doesn't result in the same finished part. Also, most customers will never elect to add a true merge collector to their order so it was pointless for us. Also, for the price Burns charges, their stainless parts should be sex toys. Or they should at least include a rubber doll in the box. LOL

How does the cone work on yours, does it extend past the flange? Or are you moving the flange down and shortening the DP?

I will buy one, once you get it for us with SAI. That way I can finally have a header and an intake without eliminating the system.

The cone is roughly 4" long. It does not extend past the flange. It does match the contour of the inside of the primary tubes. We are definitely NOT going to be modifying the header and DP to accomodate a longer cone.

We have an order with the velocity cone. Before the collector gets welded on I'll take a couple pictures and post.

For your order we will be doing a 3" Dp which transitions to 2 1/2" to bolt to the stock exhaust system.

As I have been posting for months now; get us a car with SAI and we'll modify the header. or someone send us a stock manifold with the SAI provisions and we'll make the modification. There don't seem to be many cars with SAI, at least none local to us.

Same as above; we will build the 3" DP to transition to 2 1/2" to bolt to your stock exhaust.

FYI, I was the official order #19 today when I ordered earlier. I am also the order that got the "velocity cone," soo we'll see how that goes... I'm still torn between catted or cattless.... I order a cat but would love to save the $100. Anybody have any insight on this? How much power is lost when running a cat? Also would catless make the exhaust raspy? Will this velocity cone effect power gains negatively?

The converters we use are very free flowing. Roughly 590 cfm which will support up to 500 HP so don't worry about losing power. Also, the velocity cone will enhance performance as well as smooth out the sound. Like the hi-flow converter, it will not hinder performance in any way.

Ok Dan, you sold me! Haha I had been debating the cat vs catless issue for soo long now! But I ordered a header with a velocity cone and a downpipe with a cat earlier today. Soo I'm good to go now! Damn PA emissions inspections laws...

Beth said to ask you... I would like to pay in full ASAP... Is it true that the first to pay in full, are the first to ship..? I thought that you said that in an earlier post... If so, I'd like an invoice ASAP.

Thank you soo much for all the sales assistance! You are extremely fast to answer questions!
