Well, look at it this way, by adding the header and DP you will increase the efficiency of your engine which will allow it to make more power and get better MPG. So you are actually saving on gas down the road. depending on how many miles you drive per year and how you drive, the header/DP will pay for itself.

I'm sure its been covered, but apprx when are you expecting to start shipping? Mid July, i'd assume, I'm hoping to have it in time to tear my car down, so I don't have to get under the car and do just the header. Would rather do it when the head is already off.

As far as shipping,
as stated earlier, we have all parts bent. All header flanges here, converters on the way and flex sections here. The only part we are waiting for are the 2 bolt flat flanges for the end of the down-pipe. We will be assembly headers/down-pipes this week and shipping as soon as parts are complete. There are 24 combo's to be built and just two fabricators building them. Please be patient everyone.

Ceramic coating will add 3 to 5 days.

will this bring a gasket for where the header goes on? or do i just re use the one the car has?

 

If your car has relatively low miles, reuse the one the car has.

 

The stock header gasket is MLS, and reusable unless you damage it. Clean it when you have it out, torque the header down tight, re-torque it in 500 miles. These gaskets will last forever if you take care of them.

 

okay thanks and the from the header to dp yalls dont use one correct? and are the bolts included or we got to use the stock bolts?

 

beth told me all the hardware was included...

 

The ball/socket connection is gasketless.
We will be including the DP to header nuts/bolts as well as the DP to cat-back nuts/bolts.

Stock nuts and header to head gasket can be re-used as mentioned above.
