I just wanted to say thank you to those who have pre-ordered and to give you all an up-date. Though we have at least another week for the GP to run before we start accepting money or billing, we wanted to get a head start on production. We have had some problems with our mandrel bender but did manage to get some parts bent. We have both 1 5/8" and 1 3/4" header parts ready for assembly so we will have headers ready to ship almost the same day as we process payments.

Anyways, thanks again for all the support and enthusiasm. Especially from the local club members. We managed to get some R&D done today for a few items I'll be listing for sale next week. However, I may mention it sooner.

Also, I have pricing set for the exhaust systems. We would have begun R&D on it today but the muffler and resonator were not available. They will be here mid next week and the local club members have been gracious enough to agree to bring their cars back next week. We will have both an Ion and a Cobalt available, as we did today.

More products and progress coming soon.

That's great news. What kind of price were you thinking about for the exhaust?

We can add the rear Or for you at no additional charge for this GP. No problem.

I will post an exhaust thread soon with prices... We should have the exhaust system for both the Cobalt and Ion production ready by next weekend.

Next project will be a cold air intake.

Best place to mount the wideband sensor would be directly after the collector in the down-pipe.

Here are the prices from page 1. Very first choice is the header only without down-pipe.

Retail prices:
4 into 1 mid-length header only - $197.57
4 into 1 mid-length header with 3" down-pipe (NO cat converter) - $344.54
4 into 1 mid-length header with 3" down-pipe (WITH cat converter) - $458.21

OK, here's the break-down:

5 orders: 4 into 1 mid-length header only - $177.82
5 orders: 4 into 1 mid-length header with 3" down-pipe (NO cat converter) - $314.79
5 orders: 4 into 1 mid-length header with 3" down-pipe (WITH cat converter) - $433.46

10 orders: 4 into 1 mid-length header only - $162.18
10 orders: 4 into 1 mid-length header with 3" down-pipe (NO cat converter) - $299.79
10 orders: 4 into 1 mid-length header with 3" down-pipe (WITH cat converter) - $418.46

15 orders: 4 into 1 mid-length header only - $152.36
15 orders: 4 into 1 mid-length header with 3" down-pipe (NO cat converter) - $289.79
15 orders: 4 into 1 mid-length header with 3" down-pipe (WITH cat converter) - $408.46

20 orders: 4 into 1 mid-length header only - $147.57
20 orders: 4 into 1 mid-length header with 3" down-pipe (NO cat converter) - $279.79
20 orders: 4 into 1 mid-length header with 3" down-pipe (WITH cat converter) - $403.46

Extra O2 bung for wide-band available at no additional charge.
CHROMEX ceramic coating is $155.00 regardless of orders as we send the headers out and have no control over prices.

If you are interested in ordering please call and get your info to Beth. We will NOT bill any credit cards until the GP is closed. If we get a quick 5 and no more for a week, we will close the GP, bill all credit cards and go into prodiuction.

All major credit cards, PayPal and money orders are accepted.
Payment plan through July 31st available.
Minimum of $25.00 deposit required once the minimum interest has been shown.
100% refund available for PayPal deposits within the first 30 days.

Thanks again.

As long as you specify when you order, we can add the O2 bung for the wideband. Just give us a ring Monday (425)251-0329.

Thanks for your interest in our products.

Custom requests are never a problem with us. We build everything in-house from bending the tube, to forming the collectors, assembly, finish work, flaring, reducing, etc, etc. We can pretty much make anything out of metal in this shop. Todd welds stainless, aluminum, titanium, brass, bronze, copper, you name it, he can pretty much weld it.

Please, no requests for copper headers.

Just an FYI for your webmaster. The pics for the Ion and Cobalt bars are reversed, and there is no picture of the optional velocity cone.

Yep, your right on the the reversed Ion/Cobalt strut bar description on the Clear Image web site. I'll make sure Dan gets that straightened out. Thank you for the heads up!

As for the velocity cone picture, it is there, just hard to make out. The pictures of looking straight into the collector show it, but not very well. Dan does have a picture or two, of the cone before the collector was put on, again I will let him know he needs to get that added so everyone can see exactly what we are talking about.

Dan is pretty much his own web master for his site, so trying to get all the things he needs to get done in a day is pretty over whelming and things sometimes get a little mixed up or left out.
Dan is doing his best to keep everyone updated, he has a lot on his plate!
Thanks again for the heads up.

Friday is too soon, If we can extend this for another week, or two would be even better I would be in for a header & down pipe. Do we know how many are in, so we know how much we're looking at?

I think last week he stated we had over 5. If you can scrape up enough for the first tier of discounts and it's lower, the rest is beer money.
