I have their tri y 4-2-1 header and dp and live about 10 miles from their shop. Ive been there and met the whole crew, great guys that do AWESOME work. They really want to work with us cobalts and it looks like we are starting to make it worth their wile
But the answer is yes, although i have the higher performance one

 

ah I see thanks its nice to get info and all from someone who has dealt with them already and has feedback and all to give us about them as you being a previous costumer wit them. as far as dan's costumer service goes so far its great with Pm's and replies and all im very pleased and cant wait to get this

How would i use my cat with the clear image setup? Basicly i want to use anything stockish for the sound but performance from the header/dp

Ho are u gonna have it installed next week they aren't even built yet. I was told the header is built but the dp will be done tuesday.

It has been a very busy week everyone and I have lost track of the orders. Beth got slammed today in the office while we were all working on cars in the shop today. We'll have an up-date Monday. I believe we are at the 10 mark but not positive.

We built the first R&D cat-back exhaust today but need another car to compare. I will have prices and pictures by Monday. Maybe tonight if I can get to it.

It's OK, we don't mind losing sales to other companies every now and then. Our header & Down-pipe weren't available at the time. But now they are making their way out to the community. We're confident our design, materials, workmanship, finish work, ease of installation and perfect fit will establish our products as the benchmark in the Cobalt, G5 and Ion communities as they have in every other market we have entered. It just takes time for people to be able to see our products first hand.

Guess i speak with Dan monday on the issue as well as specifics on my exhaust

 

just ordered the header w/ downpipe. I was going to send in my CTI 3" and have it fabbed to fit this header(dan was willing to do it for only $45.) But I think that this way I can just do a one time change and know if there is a difference. (plus I am too lazy to change out my downpipe when I know i will be doing it AGAIN in a few weeks.)

We have been getting several requests for shipping right away. What we have been doing is giving those customers the option of us shipping ASAP at the GP price break we are currently at. Others have chose toi wait until the end of the GP for the best possible deal. We are sending the first header/DP combo today for a customer who needed it by this Friday. It's a 3" down-pipe with a 2 1/2" reduction that slip fits into the 3" section. This will allow the customer to up-grade to our complete 3" exhaust when available.

We sent the first 1 5/8" header for coating last night.
We have another 1 5/8" ready and are working on 1 3/4" today.

We didn't want to wait to start production until the GP ended. So we will be ready to ship almost immediately after June 27th.

We will begin calling all of you this week to confirm the specifics of your orders:

primary size,
down-pipe size
hi-flow converter or off-road
etc.

I'll post a picture of thecombo we are shipping today.
Keep in mind, our supplier was out of the short flex pipes we will be using. We ended up having to use a larger flex section, per the customers request, so he can take delivery by this Friday.
