Also, the dyno should be up and running this weekend for testing. If all goes well we may be able to schedule a dyno day for the local Cobalt/Ion/G5 clubs.

As for gains, expect a solid 15 HP and 15 lbs./ft. of torque with a supercharged engine. That is assuming a cold air intake and stage II programming/pulley had already been done. Our test vehicle had those mods but still had the stock exhaust.

The sound of the over-all system is really dictated more by the cat back exhaust system. With bone stock exhaust, our 1 3/4" header and cat-less 3" down-pipe wasn't loud or "ricy" in any way.
We will be building the cat-back exhaust system tomorrow. Mufflers just got here.
