Zinner,
do you have the rear shocks as short as they will go? also do you have your springs just set so they are tight..? and doing all the lowering using the front bottom mounts?

Yep. There is no spring preload in the front. And as far as I can tell the fronts ride/act ok.

The backs are bounce, unless there is something I don't understand. When I hit a speed bump/dip in them it seems like the rebound in the rear is very strong and the car spring up pretty hard. Should I turn up the dampening? I have the rear dampening at the middle 5/6 from the softest and the fronts are at the softest.

try lubing up the pillow ball mounts some more.. they will take time to break in..

my k-sports did the same thing, drop some oil in the pillow ball mounts and drive it for a week, it'll go away. sounds like the spring is winding up and slipping? kinda like an echoing pink/clunk?
