Yeah it was very clean in there when I looked around but I had bought the can already and saw it as a challenge so I did it. Tie wrap trick made it easy. Someday I'll get a PC'd valve cover too, built motor maybe, we'll see if/when ZZP releases their EFR turbo.

So... I removed the bolt from the turbo, but that little bugger doesn't seem to want to go anywhere, any advice?

I believe they are called like fuel line disconnect tools. I had no luck with these. Some people do. I ended up cutting it off and buying a new braided line
DO NOT BUY THIS KIT!!!!!!! it took me for ever with the gray one and then i gave up. Go buy the metal that adjusts sizes. It will save your sanity lol

Yeah the 3/8th's inch fuel line disconnect tool is what you want .. Push it in while pushing the fitting towards the tool and then pull it off.. Wont fit in the turbo line tho.

The valve cover breather hose to the turbo should just be modified using a dremel cutting off the stem about an inch away ( pry off old hose )

That way every time you need to access the valve cover you aren't spending 40 dollars on a hose ...

I was able to get mine of by prying it off the valve cover side and then refitting the tabs and putting it back on..

It's hard tho.

Probably from heating up and cooling down and whatnot.

I had a really hard time getting mine out. Wiggling and pulling at the same time until it eventually gave. I thought for sure it was caught on something because at first it moved a bit easily, I guess it was the o-ring squirming around. Putting it back in was a bit tricky too.

So if I as to remove the pcv line and leave the line for the turbo connected, paint my valve cover and then bake in the oven, how high of a temp can that braided line take? I would like to bake it around 550F, I am guessing it won't take more than 250F before damaging the line.

Hello,

ref item #22 above (pictures with red intakes) I would like to know the part number or where I could get the fitting that is connected to the PCV valve in the pictures above. Or any fitting to convert to a rubber hose please. I understand the side connected to the PCV is a "quick-loK" connection if I am not mistaking. thanks!
