Wow, you guys come up with the worst analogies ever. It would actually be more like you saying that you will hit the pole at 55 the first time and then only hit it at 45 the next time because that is safer.
However- that doesn't matter, because now the story has changed. Initially, Zoom asked why the power drops so much up top and the response was "because there is not much timing up top." However, now it is being said that the timing is in fact ramped up at the top. Which leads to the whole point that we were trying to make. There are other factors that were overlooked.

The only way it can be like what you are saying is if you don't understand the physics behind it. Zoom explained how ignition timing is actually a function of time that is typically stated in degrees instead. To simplify it, this means that 15 degrees of advance at one engine speed can be exactly the same amount of spark lead as 10 degrees of advance at a lower engine speed. Now you are trying to say that adding a few degrees of timing at high rpms is somehow like hitting a pole at 55 instead of 25, which is a useless comparison as well as entirely false at the same time.

I've seen some of Ure lnf and lsj tunes and they are worse then cheesy. They look like I **** in a ******* paper bag and lit it on fite and fed it to a little pup. And the pup **** it out ... We never claimed to be. However, I can honestly say that the tunes that I have seen from you were pretty cheesy. You jack up the DALs in such a way that when the driver gets to 40% pedal, the throttle body is fully open and the turbo is fully boosting. This is what makes their car "feel" really fast. You could take it further if you wanted. You could make 10% pedal open the throttle to 100% and people would be scared of your tunes because they make the car too fast. As far as the power fading up top- there are a lot of things that I can tell that you do not understand. It's not like it's a big deal because people are still happy when you give them for example 40 more average hp rather than 50 more average hp. It is also clear that they like the throttle response because it makes their car seem like it wants to go fast all the time. More than any of that, though, they like the low price. All of that is fine, but if you would admit that you could use some help and you would stop taking all of the potential customers to PM so you can talk crap about zzp to them in "private," then you could actually learn some things and improve your tuning abilities. I can assure you that you are leaving a lot on the table.
In all of the chaos, you missed the point. Earlier it was simply asked why the power fades and you said that it was because there was not much timing up top. However, now you are stating that there was even less timing in the midrange. I am in no way disputing this. I am simply pointing out that your original answer was not correct, then. You are basically trying to argue both sides of this, but it makes your logic inconsistent.
I can see it just fine. I'm willing to have a reasonable discussion about tuning. However, whenever we attempt to, we use explanations of crank angles, combustion time, octane, volumetric efficiency, etc... while the other side starts talking about putting dicks through holes in the wall, smashing cars at 55mph, retard this, dumb dick that, etc... You do realize that it can be discussed without all of that nonsense, right?

Point being, once you've gone to 300WHP, that's how 'aggressive' your tune is. There isn't a point to making 300 and then backing off to 250. The car isn't 'safer'.

You can't Know what you are NOT doing with your tuning. You made a statement earlier "Considering i tuned it and i know what the **** im doing" which is somewhat of an arrogant statement as no one can know what they DON'T know. It's impossible.
