I always preferred my thongs done before the wedding too! Hopefully with a damn good looking blond in 'em.

Will this be a party an Put-in Bay??? Do they still have the worlds longest bar?

Good luck on gettng everything together this weekend. Just make sure to measure everything good and have a good torque wrench. This is fun and interesting learning time.

I did. So the supertechs do have there fair share of problems. Also with the supertechs the rocker arms can touch the retainer, but mine has about a paper thickness inbetween so I am good.

The engine guy said that I can just put it together. He has everything machined so I shouldn't need any measuring now.

Until the lash adjusters bleed down a little at high RPM. Then they can scrape.

i also had that issue on the exhaust side... rubbed so bad the titanium retainers looked like they were ready to crack through.. i havent checked them with the new springs yet though so i need to do that next.. did supertech send u a link or a description on how to file down the followers if need be? bc theres virtually nothing to shave on

It really is that easy lol. Now I had the engine builder spec the crank and stuff for the bearing size so that would have been the hardest part not having those tools. I am using gm si for the torque specs and stuff, except for the arp studs and rod bolts. I am really shocked at how easy it is as long as you follow directions lol.

By the way anyone going to do a build, buy the arp piston ring compressor like pictured. The one pictured is the gm one but it make life way easy. It is tappered so it compresses the rings as it goes and then just slips into the cylinder like butter. Way awsome

Gotcha. Maybe I'll just rent that compressor off of you if I ever get around to growing some ***** and building an engine

Where did you buy your book?
