I didn't spike mine that high but it was seeing 380wtq with clamps. I had no problems on the dyno but once at the track the car would throw an underboost code. My map sensor took a sh*t with those clamps on so not sure if it was them or just junk gm sensors

Swapping the head is a pretty solid days work if you take your time and double check everything.

We don't have DALs with the manual boost controller. We will get the boost leveled out for running this car on the street or at the track. For now, we are just pushing for higher numbers to see how everything responds.

I put the stock intake and TB back on after a few pulls today. After a few more pulls, we dyno'd again with the boost controller bumped up a little and going WOT by 30mph. Max boost was 29psi and torque hit 428 ft lbs. Here's a couple pulls starting at different RPMs to show how the boost eventually fades to the same level regardless of how the pull starts.
Oh, I thought you were using the MBC with just your big turbo setup. My bad. I dont think the stock maps like seeing that much pressure do they?

They don't see it with the regulators in place.

No wonder no limp mode this time. I wonder how long the turbo can take those shaft speeds. You are making more torque now with the stock turbo that you were making with your big turbo last time ( stock head though before but still). No traction when it wheels up I bet.

Yep it gets louder as you crank up the boost.

Depends. Anywhere from $2000-4000 usually.
