The level of maturity, or lack thereof amazes me here.

Sorry to add to the useless posts in this topic but I wish we'd all just stop the speculation, and the "I heard" B.S. until it's OUT and AVAILABLE.

Once that happens then let's communicat it. I check here frequently hoping for an update...a REAL update. So far I've only seen ONE of those. Most of the other 1200+ posts on this topic are just B.S. (mine included)

Gotcha. Figured folks knew, but then going back 2 pages in the thread, seemed odd that people were still debating whether there was a "real" update or not. Seems as close to real as anything purported thus far.

IDK. I see a tune for 87 octane LOL and 91 octane. Probably 20-30 whp peak gain

 

God i'd hope they don't have an 87 octane tune.

 

I know. . 91 or 93 octane should be all they have.

 

Id like the ability to run 87, my stage 2 WRX had one on the accessport. It pretty much only allowed like 4lbs of boost. wastegate stays wide open. I used it on my roadtrip to florida, i got great mileage because it forced me to stay out of boost. I also saved a bit on fillups, a novelty, but it keeps you from wanting to spank everything sporty you see!

 

What would be the danger , hypothetically if you told us what they are working on , what the problems are , what stage in the development they are , things like that..?

 

I'm gonna have to say probably Mass Riot, and possibly lack of reliability.

I am a GM Parts Dealer and I talked to GM a couple of days ago and they said keep an eye on the GM Messenger updates. Normally when a part is close to being released they put out a bulletin type thing on our messages from GM with all of the important information. Until that message comes out, this is really a dead issue.

 

OK! Where do we find GM Messenger? Sounds like it should be a corporate thing.

 

It is not something a non-gm employee has access to. I check my messages daily. When it is announced I will post it here along with ordering all of them, lol.

Ok....so from the date they announced 90 days.....that leaves us ______ amount of days to wait.....
