oy vey dude.. his car has put down close to 100 whp more.. yes I know it's not all because of the turbo, he put down 50 whp then zzp on the extra mods (i think) Trq steer isn't a problem for me I'm saying people that aren't used to it.. (which every so often CAN be me as my dd has 115BHP) I didn't mean it's a POS but alot of people write it off.. I'm not saying it's the be all to end all by any means SOME people seem to think it's not worth the money. There's nothing I need to "get real" on.

but seriously lets stay moderately on topic..

so anyways... I drive a neon and I think Chase's car is awesome and I also think this turbo he has isnt the end all be all turbo for him anyways. So lets stop thread crapping on #s this and #s that and appreciate a nice build that the OP is very happy with. kthx

meh i'm not gonna trash his thread but imo the only advantage of the bnr is it bolts to the stock manifold. it's what, 1-1.3k, same as any s2xx turbo.

jesus christ that video was condensed a few too many times. I guess that what happens when i take with an iphone, send it around then someone uses photobucket to upload it. Heres youtube straight from my phone.

cut the bickering children. This is a hold me over turbo. These are not numbers normal people would put down with it, because most people wont build a motor like this to run this turbo. This will keep me content for a couple months until i somehow manage to get some money to get a new tranny and efr. That is all.


engine bay. cant even tell its a different turbo.

Another idle vid. A little cold in this one, it smooths out once it warms up unfortunately lol. You cant even tell it isnt the stock turbo, they even put the heat shield back on it lol. I cant believe how consistant the idle AFR is on the tune. Never seen anything stay that steady.

Noticed you've got the vortex generators on the back of your roof. I thought I was one of like two or three people that was rockin' those. I installed some to help my wing wobble at highway speed (and it actually worked, go figure).

Sounds good, but yes it's too bad it has to spread out the lsa when it warms up.
Make sure you keep an eye on the E85 ethanol percentage as we get into spring. You will want to change the tune as they get back to summer blends.
