LOL, He PM'ed me about the casting and parts with prices. I got all excited n **** I was about to have the EFR, then I said wait you know I need the turbo as a whole, I don't have an EFR

So i sent out the payment for the casting finally.. if all goes according to plan it should be in by next coming weekend, then off to get tuned by gremlin!!! Thanks zzp I know the wait will be well worth it.

 

Guys.. I hate to be this person but I read up to page 15 and realized there was 67 pages and need someone to fill me in lol.. I understand this is a DIRECT BOLT ON and has CRAZY numbers.. My birthday is next month and I planned on getting the upper charge pipe with the BOV to start my turbo build..... So happy I started reading this cause I didn't want to get a lame BOV lol... I have some questions......

Since we don't need a BOV and we can use our BPV can I use other charge pipes instead of ZZP charge pipes..? I don't have a problem with ZZP charge pipe but I am a 17 yr old and like to see some color under my hood when I upgrade my motaaa!

How much is the turbo??? I couldn't find a price on this thread and gave up lol.

yea im sure u can use any set of charge pipes with the efr... the turbo will probably be under 2k, thats all we know for now couse there is no set price at this moment. and no one knows when Borg Warner will start production on this turbo again so we dont have a release date

Which EFR turbo is used in this design? It looks like you can buy one at the link below and then just get ZZP's manifold to put on it?
