Okay, I've finally read this entire thread and I've got a few questions.

The dyno graphs that were in the very first post, are they a result of what zzp sells now or were they from prototype
grinds??

Second, the original dyno shows the torque curve basically following the boost curve. If the car had a flatline tune would the torque curve match it or is it a result of the cam grinds?

If the dunno graph is a reflection of what is being sold currently it looks like the cams could go even bigger but that's just me. Still a lnf noob

The dyno testing was done on the s1 cams that we currently sell, but without the larger pump lobe that we offer.

We should be doing a better dyno comparison soon. The tests need to be updated, because I didn't have much direction at the time these tests were done. It was more like brainstorming on a dyno.

I'd love to see a current dyno graph with the larger fuel lobe. Hopefully on a dyno sheet much like the first post because it shows engine speed, boost, torque and rpm

Hey guys! New here but not to the motor! We're using the LNF in the autocross Jeep we drive, and the owner is now looking to go with the stage 2 cams. Vince did our first tune and I'm assuming the you (ZZP) and Vince probably already have a good tuning table for this setup (we use E85). I haven't seen any dyno runs of the Stage 2. We still have the stock turbo. We're going with the Stage 2 cams as well as valvesprings and retainers.

The car weighs 1760 lbs with me in it, has an 80" wheelbase, and 14" wide Formula Atlantic tires on the rear. :-)

Ballpark output with the Trifecta tune?

It IS crazy! Part of the difficulty in driving it fast is that it has such a short wheelbase, it will snap on you very quickly if you're not ready for it.

It uses a Doug Nash 2 speed quick change transmission with a Ford 8" read end with 4:63 gears. We launch in high gear and never shift. We needed some additional RPM which is one reason for the camshaft and valve spring change. We've good for about 75 mph top speed. We get there REAL quick though. :-)

Stage 2 cams would be pointless on the stock turbo. Better to first upgrade to a turbo that will hold power past 6200 before considering stage 2 cams. You will want Opel injectors and cams with big fuel lobe though with e-85 and a larger turbo.

Never actually timed it but that's probably pretty close. :-)
