^ Just noticed the above post.

I love it when kids who know nothing about cars go on CSS.net and make insane statements like that ...

I have 93000 + on my 05 SS and stage 2 was installed at around 20k. I also put an even smaller pulley on for a while but found that I needed to upgrade to bigger injectors so I put the stage 2 pulley back on. I have had no issue with the car except for tearing up the cat.

thats alot of pages... If I were to buy the stage 2 parts say off here, and have a dealer install them, would it still be warranted?

Dude 550 for the Stage 2 at Crateenginedepot.com. Why would you let a dealer rape you like that?

If you get a used kit you have to get it tuned. The reflash code can only be used once and it is bound to the VIN number.

you still have to get the pcm calibration number and take it to the dealer to have them do it if your still worried about the warranty, wont end up saving much if any in the end

just thought i would let yall know, if you have no care for the factory warrenty, you can get stage two kits from intense for under 380.00 bucks. then the 100 for the hp tuners vin registration. i actually bought all the pieces for my stage two, + the hp tune for a total of 300.00 its easy to find people that are wanting to sell 42lbs and harness, along with pulleys and hubs for cheap. just thrown my lil 2cents out there.

yeah me neither, never actually had to use it, minus the first 5 miles lol. was only getting 5 lbs of boost, brought it back in before i brought it home and had some sensor replaced, that was the last time i used it, other than the sunroof leaking 4-5 times ive never had any issues with the car, and if i ever do, screw it! time to upgrade the part!

Remove supercharger.
Remove stock pulley with J tool (pain in the ass) and install hub and pulley.
Install fuel injectors.
Get tuned immediately if you cant get the GM reflash.
