Installing Euthanasia Ported & Built Head. TONS OF PICS
After 3-4 years of running the typical 2.8/60's setup, I wanted more reliable power. Power with this setup dyno'd 270whp and 250wtq. ZZP LTH, 2.8/60s/cooling mods, 3" intake, 2.5" exhaust, area47 tune, gmpp clutch w/fidanza flywheel.

After months and months of sourcing/collecting parts, I sent a bare head to Euthanasia to have the exhaust side ported/gasket matched. Sent him COMP/ZZP S2 Cams, Supertech 75# Valve Springs, stock valves, and he also hot tanked, decked, and assembled everything for me. I picked up a ported LSJ IM while I was at it from zrated which was also installed.
Finally got everything installed over the weekend as well as 80# injectors. Converted to e85 too.
Parts pile

Blower was the first to come out, all 4 SC bolts decided to strip as well which was fun.

Removed IM and valve cover next

First time the valve cover has been off the car, it was very clean for 76k miles.

Off with the timing cover

And off with the stock head. We got lucky and were able to wiggle the ZZP LTH off without having to remove it.

Time to time it!

MANPOWER! Thanks to Vaughn (Japeatr) for all the help.

We are still working on the tune, and dyno will come shortly thereafter.
If I can be in the low 300whp range, I will be perfectly content with that for the time being. Upgraded blower will come soon, but balancing the cobalt with my other project car took away all my funds.
i forgot to send you monkey's some tuning goodies this weekend
whoops, sorry bout that.
nice to see you finally get bored with what you had and actually do something!
