So start with closed loop tuning? Make a few runs smoothly through the rpm range use that data to adjust fueling to hit target afrs basically? What are the major things i need to change when going from supercharger to turbo or is it just adjust fuel maps. When moving the maf location im assuming there is something special to tune for that

What most people do is disable the VE by setting the dynamic airflow enable/disable really low. This gives your maf table full control of the fueling for the most part. Pretty much you just set up a histogram in the scanner which should already have a set up for your maf table. Then you create a user defined pid that adds stft+ltft. This gives you your maf error. Make sure youre logging maf frequency, stft, and ltft in the table display. Pretty much just cruise around for 20 minutes once the car is fully warm and you should have a good cell hit count which can be checked in the histo. Look for threads on closed loop maf tuning for more detail on this.

Little different most people have modified the cavalier bracket to mount them. I just bolted in the cobalt one instead. The bottom doesnt clip in they are a little wider and shorter

I have 80lbs injectors in now and want to make sure I am setting everything correctly for a return fuel set up. can anyone chime in on this

modifier is set to 1.6
FR vs KPA VAC is 63

Stock rail pressure is 58 and new rail pressure is 43
58-43=15 = 103 KPA
Use the -101 KPA and set all of them to that

You need to scale the ecu or turn down the base pressure enough to fit into the limits of the IFR table. I learned from armcclure that the volts modifier will only take you to the 63 lb/hr limit.

What would be your suggestion for setting the base pressure?

Im talking about scaling everything that references airflow so you can enter half of your actual IFR. Hpt forums are good for some things but i wouldnt trust most of the injector how tos.
