But then again 80s will be there if I ever wanna pulley down again or even run E85 correct?

just go all out and get the idc 1000s. lol. i'm only running 60s and i'll have a mp90 with meth. not runnin e85 and don't have any plans to any time soon tho as it's not readily available. so it all kinda depends on wut u want. if ur gonna go to e85 i would just do the 80s now and get it out of the way

Id1000s are expensive but worth it. But if you don't plan on doing a 2.5/2.6 get 80s and run meth.

If you plan on staying on 91 or 91 and meth do not get the 1000's. If you plan on going E85 and staying at a 2.9 pulley, again not really a need for the 1000's. If you go E85 and a smaller than 2.9" pulley or want to rev to 7500+ rpms on the 2.9 you will want either the 80's and a BRFPS or RSFS or to go to the 1000's.

This or purchase a set of cams, NBS, valve springs and ATI dampener and rock the hell out of the M62 like ZZP did on their stroker.

Cams will set you back $500 after blanks and comp cam custom grind or $650 for ZZPs
NBS - $100-250
valve springs & retainers - $300ish
ATI dampener - $400
Front cover grinding - $ 150 w/o core (zzp)

If you can do the work yourself... this will cost as much as a TVS.

Yeah I guess I could go that route and try to p&p the m62, tb, then maybe send the head off. And see the true potential of the car. Only problem is the cobalt is my DD so down time has to be a minimal.

I will probably go with the supertech's. So i'll have no problem spinning it to 8k on stock rods?

Calm down haha. Just wanted to make sure the stock valves and such can take it. This motor build is all kinda new to me. Never built up a 4 stroke motor before. Only 2 stroke (my sled).
