May I ask why without being flamed?

I don't even HAVE a rear o2; unplugged, sealed connector from the weather, and "no mil".
Haven't had any problems at all...

for sanity checks the ecm does. the main cause of random afr changes while cruising or at idle is the ecm running tests on the rear o2's and cat.

as for idle trims it was -12.5 which of course was not the finished product persay, but we got stuck on the other issue before I got to clean that up more.
I"ve run into a similar issue before as state with infe's car, but his was more random, and it would go back to normal if you blipped the throttle. Still waiting for his motor to come back to the machine shop to clear that up

when I had the zzp stg2 cams I had that problem it was because of a vacuum leak pre blower post maf I found it by doing a leak check once fixed it helped a lot I was seeing 16in at idle

Ah. Are there some that the adjustable ECT threshold doesn't eliminate?

the rear o2 test and cat test are not adjustable. one of them we don't have access to shutting off anyways. which is why i stopped changing the cot temp threshold to max. left it stock and changed the enrichment rate to 1.0

The oddest thing is that when you idle it at 156º without any drop in idle its just dies as if you turned the key
