now if your tvs is flowing more air, creating more restriction @ the head, creating greater PSI... then yes... your fueling and over all timing curve will need to be adjusted...

if a 2.6 m62 makes 18 psi, and a tvs 3.1 makes 18 psi... absolutely nothing changes, in fact your car wont even know the difference.

will you gain hp? yes, tvs is more efficient, suffering from less parasitic loss
will your iat2 drop? by a small margin, the tvs is turning slower, cre ating less heat.
have you just spent way to much money for 15-20whp? YES... pulley the @#$^#!@^ down and add some octane to the mix
Thanks man. Put it where I can understand it. Still learning as I go on.

How do you like the zzp s2 cams?

I'm thinking of picking them up for my car.

As zrated said, they are very close to gmr specs, but w/o the hassle.

A week and no talk? I'll give an update. I traded someone on here my 2.8" pulley for a 2.7". A friend let me borrow his HPT so I'm getting BennyHHR (zrated89's tuner) to remote tune me. Just gotta set up everything on my lap top and learn how to do the basics like logging haha.

Zrated I took your advise and bought some axels I found used to take to the track. Give me a little piece of mind to do some hard launches with the drag radials. Can't wait to get it dialed in and hit the track!

Lol well there are a few downfalls on my end. Shitty track that hardly gets prep'd and drag radials as opposed to slicks. But I'll try my best.

Believe it or not my 12.0@117 was done at Richmond. (**** track) had I been at dinwiddie it would have been an 11.7-11.8 pass all day

I think I will be trading my ZZP 2.5" cat-back for a 3" ZZP cat-back. Since I switched to the 2.7" it feels like the car is running out of breath @ redline. And I am not sure if ZZP's new resonator is designed for cars with high HP.
