I am building the o2 sensor extension's right now and will be working on the downpipe's tonight when I get back from a 6 hour drive to harrop. Headers will ship tomorrow, I don't know if all of them will though as I have about 10 dp's to make and each one is about an hour job.

Thats something that crossed my mind last night. I don't have any gaskets for them here, you can re-use your stock header gasket with no problems. As for the 3" outlet at the back I have searched a little and it seems any auto parts store should have one. So in short, it doesn't include gaskets but may include them in the future.

would be good just to check the straightness of the flanges once as well. I thought one flange on the zzp midlength was warped, but when it got to the machinist all 4 flanges were completely fubar, even the thick manifold flange needed planed

All the flanges are belt sanded after welding. No worries there.

What is the increase in hp/tq and for that price it includes the downpipe as well? I want to know how installation is and is it all a full 3 " inch exhaust. Sorry I skipped some pages haha just to lazy to read it ALL

the jbp header gave a power loss..... from the long tube design in nature we should be getting power lower in our bands, but with the larger primaries and 100 cell metal matrix cat it shouldnt be restrictive up top

this design has not been tested yet, since none have received the header, includes the dp with or without cat, its a three inch collector with a beautiful design, you should really scroll back a couple pages to check it out, I believe its a 7 or 8 degree collector thats a burns style.

I was always under the impression that the longer tubes accentuated to the loss of low end, in return, more mid-range/high-end.

As for the cat issue.. I don't think anyone is going to have a notable gain by going cat-less, maybe a few HP. There is an in-depth thread on this topic some where on this forum. But yeah, for sure, a high flow cat rapes stock.
