I have done some over/under table adjustment and idle recovery after slowing to a stop light is much better. But every so often it revs by itself??

Bryan appreciate your input!

Just placed a car chemistry 3 disc insert in my ZZP 2.5" catted downpipe. The car sounds SO GOOD, it's quiet and has power to silently blow by people in traffic.

Best of all, the rasp is completely gone and the car sounds stock. The supercharger sounds downright nasty too even with the stock intake

Best LSJ mod by FAR.

for teh lulz

These should be really close to the actual numbers.

Stock Tune with Torque Management Removed and 7500RPM Limit
vs.
Stock Tune with Full Torque Management and 7500RPM Limit(~3psi)

Mods
Full Stock Intake with a K&N Cone Filter
3" Flange on Stock Downpipe
3" x 30" Resonator

~5850RPM and up, stock injectors go static on the stock PE & MAF tables

Mine made 220whp/180wtq with the stock pulley/injectors/intake/exhaust after a tune. I think all I did was raise the rev limiter to 7k and get rid of the spark retard when shifting and also ditched the tq management bs

Bryan, sent you an email. Let me know if you see anything whacky.

Trying to learn this driveability tuning a bit better

Also trying to get a feel if i should put stock heat range plugs in, or keep the 7 heat range in there

I have used super trap discs on exhausts I found them not very effective for noise control but very effective for killing power...my .02 c

I'm going to tack weld it once I switch to the snow tires. I used cold weld to hold it in place but as a fail safe the insert is 2.5" and the inlet to the stock resonator is smaller so it's not going anywhere anytime soon.

I'd go with the weld because with the salt up here a bolt will eventually rust and cause moar leakz.

John this car chemistry insert is awesome. I don't feel any power loss, in fact the car feels faster and I can now pass the majority of cars on the road without having to floor it. lol
