Looks like that big mother of a H/E fits right up in there!
yeah i wanted a cobalt series aswell, since my boost and oil temp gauges are both cobalt series, but they want close to 400 bucks for it, fuuuck that...innovate FTMFW, and the h/e is literally a perfect dam fit, ima have to be careful with it lol, it comes down to match the bumper

That bumper is hacked, do you plan to get a new one? Are you going to keep the plate blocking the H/E?

Ya, I think I'll stick with a Cobra for the time being, at least.

And yeah, the Cobalt W/B is INSANELY expensive!!!

Oh, I know that.

The Cobra H/E ain't bad, but it'll probably be a temporary solution, I want to get my swap done with minimal or no fabrication.

I've heard rumors of someone finding an easy way to mount to Cobra, so if I don't have to make brackets, I'm happy.

hahhaaha, hey, u know i have have impulsive compulsive disorder i cant help it...but i WIL finish this one, if i fail at this one, ima just quit moddin this damnn car;

on further news, the sc came in today, came in nicely pakaged, only one flaw, there was a hole in the bag wraping the blower, so styrofoam got inside thru the TB hole, i got most of it out, but now its in my head, to take this thing apart, i undo the bolts going around it right? than pull the whole neck out with the blades attached? ill search for a how to

expect a modular pulley system on that thing later on next month, im still debating on pulley size, probably going to run a 3"

i kn ow the bumper is fucked, for now im keeping it the way it was, and no the license plate is moving back into the bracket where it was when i first bought the car, just need to find the damn thing, or buy another one

yeah but you see with this one, no need for bracket, i just drill a hole in the iompact bar, the tabs on the h/e line up perfectly, than run a bolt and nut and tighten it down and your set, no need to jump hoops to get it to bolt on

No, it's a 3.06 which makes about ~1/2 lb less than a 3.

Yup. Remove the bolts that hold on to the snout. The rotors will pull out of the blower body.

You should replace the SC oil while your at it.

yeah i have a local guy who has a bottle of sc oil im changin that too, and i found the how to for the removal, so when i undo the bolt pull the neck out, making sure not use the pry point to not spill oil everywhere :p which i dont think matters since ima change it anyway lol, but to avoid a mess; yeah i have to take it apart to plug the sc holes, and get styrofoam out of the rotors

Oh, okay.

That's actually good to know. So now with my ported blower, it should even out.

Well I'm buying a full exhaust since I'm all stock now, need a exhaust...here's what I'm looking at

Ca v2 header
Xtc downpipe 2.5"
Vibrant 3" exhaust

Getting the first 2 from CA, and the exhaust from ttr, going 2.5 prior to catback to help conserve low end, and 3" exhaust to help the high end

doesnt work that way. one solid size would be better, and if you need different sizes, its better to start large and then small (IE 3" DP and 2.5" catback)

Eh **** it, only exhaust I like are 3" or 2 3/8th which is to small for a 3" pulley, so I'll just get the 3" xtc downpipe than, solves that issue
