Last night I went to bed frustrated, and now I'm at work. So, when I get off at 4:30 I'm gonna go home and put the vice grips on it and try to get it out. I gotta get it done tonight because I'm having it towed to the shop tomorrow morning. Everything else is ready to go.

No, you really don't. You might have better luck with it though. I started jacking with this bolt at 5, and it's 7 now. Shows you how shitty this is becoming for me. I've never felt so humiliated by a bolt.

I tried the grip locks but when I turn they slip off every time. Back to it.

Anyways, I ended up going to walmart to get a 6mm hex socket, and I JB Welded that onto the bolt.

Tomorrow when I get up, it will be solid as a rock, and I'll pry it off.

You know, you should make a turbo oil reservoir and include a pump. I'd buy it....at this point.

Update: I'm paying a mechanic to come out to my house tomorrow evening to take the damn thing out.

So, I don't care if anyone says I bitched out, I gotta do what I gotta do to get this thing running.

So, if all goes well, pics tomorrow of the finishing build!

Once you take off the manifold, if you look down, it's right under the water pipe.

I hope yours comes off a lot easier than mine. Oh, and I know there's more than one plug, but I didn't want to end up stripping all of them and end up having to drill into it. That would probably not end well.
