Oh I’d love to race a BRZ haha, think someone at my work owns one might have to challenge him for ya.
to my understanding they’re raved to be These handling monsters but really they’re Just stupid slow.

200HP but they are heavy little cars. There are supercharger kits for them (and FRS) but I don't believe it has the same boost as what you would in a Cobalt.

Yeah I heard that even with a supercharger kit they are not that fast. I guess turbo is the way to go with those cars.

Well tuned with the exhaust bolt ons they're about 290-310HP (aggressiveness of the tune). Being Subaru, it's expensive, and a ticking time bomb with the head gasket. Best way is to stay away from them. Although a RWD Cobalt would be great, they already have/had the Redline Sky/Solstice GXP for that.

Sweet keep me posted brotha on how you make out. Also finally got around to breaking my tires off of my GT rims and getting them over to my painter buddy next week. I'm going with powder coat gloss black and probably silver for my center caps. Should look really good when they are done.

Yeah that's a good idea brotha. Question for ya! So did you get a LSJ dipstick tube when you installed your supercharger kit? I know our stock 2.2/2.4 tube is shorter and on the opposite side compared to the lsj. I heard if you keep the stock tube its then right underneath the blower and much harder to get to. Do you know where I can find a lsj one? I've been checking online with no luck really. I mean obviously still got time as i'm focused on suspension work right now but i'm trying to find those harder parts now. Like I already got a used lsj windshield washer tub so I can move that over to the opposite side so I can do a cold air intake.

I doubt you'll come across one, its not necessary.. I checked wreckers across Canada way back when, called GM checked my vintage parts account etc

Im using my stock indicator tube, you don't need the LSJ one. It is definitely a lot harder to grasp compared to NA but still only takes 2 seconds to pull out.

Tks Bro good to know that I can still at least use my stock one. Another question. You think its worth it to go with long tube header setup? Obviously I got my mid-length header on my car now but I been thinking maybe doing longtube style to squeeze an extra few ponies when I do my dyno run. The only thing I know I might loose some of my low end trq, but I'm willing to do so for the extra power up top. What do you think? Do you got mid-length or long tube?

I have wrapped mid length with supercharged primaries.
Did you get 1.5 or 1.75 inch primaries?

If you’re planning to keep going with this car and don’t have 1.75” primaries already I’d go with long tubes.
If your going to put a blower on the car and leave it, mid length 1.75 will do the job.

I wish I went with long tubes. Although at the time a NA 155HP car with long tubes and a 3.0 exhaust would have been silly, back then a supercharger was just a dream..

1.5 primaries brotha. I never thought I would ever supercharge this car so I didn't go with the larger version

Ok yeah I probably will stay with mid-length and get 1.75 primares and might get catless downpipe also. I've had long tube before on my 1994 Nissan Altima way back in the day so I know what that type of power band feels like and honestly I like having more useable trq down low better especially on the streets and back country roads. I see how it paid off yesterday when I waxed that BRZ haha. Tks for the help on this brotha.

You might gain 5HP going catless.. not worth it in my opinion. Pretty sure Quebec is super strict if you ever go on a road trip west..
If you want a little extra noise I took out ZZP’s resonator and replaced it with a Borla one half the length*

Still looks like rain this Saturday but I’m ready.
I think the strip is open next Saturday for test and tune too.
I emptied out the car yesterday.
Took out about 80 lbs of crap; seats, emergency kits/ items, insulation, mats, carpet, trim panels, audio system, etc.

Should be running 20 degrees of timing top end by the end of tonight. Running 19 right now no KR.Tuner thinks we can push it to 22.
I’m already on the edge of my seat lmfao, meth tuning has really woken the car up.
20 or 22 it’s faster than ever: I think I have a 13.9 in the bag at this point

Sweet my brotha I'm really interested to see what you will run with the Meth setup. Can you try and take a video of it? I would love to see what she will do. Yeah high 13's should be no problem brotha.
