Forgot my laptop at home. Wish I had a log of my runs today!

I think I would have tried to push 13.5 too!
(Point a helmet is required)

Car absolutely exceeded my expectations today!
first 100mph time slip. Really exciting day lol!

You think she could handle dropping to a 2.7” pulley lol?

It’s not a bad time. Would be better with slicks. And you can as long as it has all cooking mods and a good tune

haha I like the street car vibe. Drag tires will be the last thing after an engine build I think. At that point I’ll probably trailer it too with my jeep.

Estimate it’s 267whp, 330 engine.

unless it’s on e85 and a small pulley it’s not at 267.
I made 263whp on a 2.7 pulley, e85, mid length header 2.5 downpipe and zzp catback, ls4 throttle body 3inch intake, Full cooling mods. With Hoosier slicks i did a 12.8. Auto trans.

Okay! good to know, worried I was on pushing the motor. Basing calculations off Hptuners delivered torque, which I know is not accurate but has been reported to be close. (244ft-lbs torque across the power band)

ITs 2.9" pulley, **** tons of methanol and timing, long tubes, ls4, 3" intake, all cooling mods, ported blower

Definitely makes me feel better about moving to a 2.7" Ima machine my super charger snout then lol

I’m also a 2.4 though. So it’s a lot stronger of an engine.

**** this is true

We’ll see.
Maybe I build the motor,
Maybe I just enjoy the car for a few more years in all its 13.6 glory and it falls apart from rust..
Maybe I push my luck.

its 50/50

but I’ve had a smaller pulley and a blower plate for years now and I think it would be waste of money to not put them on.
So that’s probably going to happen either way at some point or another.

I mean, there's only 3 major upgrades you can do left without going full stupid (twincharged / LSX engine swap)
1) TVS
2) Forged internals
3) Larger fuel pump.

I'd just enjoy it for a while since it took a couple years to get it to cooperate.

Twincharged really isn’t worth it. I had one. A single turbo setup blows it out of the water.

Woke the car up today! She slept too long.

One flat tire, dead battery,
but she is still gooooood!

Back to thinking a 2.7” pulley is a good idea.
worst case I do an engine build right?
