i swapped out my taillights for some stockers yesterday, an then all of a sudden they don't work right.. my Left one's fine.. Right one comes on, gets power but doesn't blink(no brakes, or turnin signal) I'm thinking my middle wire in the connector got messed up somehow cuz thats the one that runs it... if thats not it tho..
any suggestions?

I just got some 3rd gen halos and an HID kit, but my problem is the wiring for the HID bulb cant go through the rubber cover behind the bulb that keeps the dirt out.
Has anyone else installed these and had that problem??
right now a blue and black wire are runnign through the rubber cover, but i need to fit the bulb thorugh plus 4 wires.

Yeah, you have to cut it. Or just not use that rubber piece and cover it with something else.

anyone ever wire their HIDs with stock housing straight to the battery? i had mine originally hooked up to the positive connector on by the fuse box. but it was messing with my cars computer and i took them off. drained too much power... any other options?

Unless you want to go outside and find a pile of melted metal where you car used to be, I don't recommend doing that.

Well I could have said "I don't recommend doing that," but that alone wouldn't convey how bad the outcome could be.

You sure you don't just have a bulb out? are you getting hyperflash? Try swapping the bulb and see if the issue is following the bulb.

You'd be surprised. I've got that much in my car's lighting making my own retrofits. Most people with retros in there car have close to that. I've also had 3 sets of headlights. JL-KA has that much in parts in his headlights.
