07+ DRLs need to be removed or we will not cover any warranty on them. Simple as that. Wire your halos to your parking lights. Either turn your fogs on or your parking lights on and your halos will be on too.

Us canadians need our drls other wise if we get pulled over during a roadblock we will get ticketed, plus our car won't pass inspection without them

i'm assuming splicing the drl wire "brown" to the halo +... would not void warranty?

07+ DRLs
Im guessing by your user name your car is a 06 and the drl's apply to 07 and up so you should be ok.

Guys, I was told August 28th my lights should ship the 30th, waited and waited, then got a reply saying the address was wrong and they were going out this monday, a week later...and I just don't know what's going on. My car currently has a cracked headlight, is now out of inspection, and I get a 118$ ticket if I don't have the lights for Tuesday. Can someone please let me know.

Thanks LS6, if worse comes to worse, I have 2 friends with cobalts, hopefully they will be able to let their car sit for a day while I get it inspected if the lights aren't here by then. The lights have been done for 2 weeks now, and look awesome, I'm just not sure where they are at the moment

Hey I want to paint some of the chrome parts but I was wondering if the right part is even visible when it's in the housing?

/\ looks like there is a dude standing to your right, checking out a chick sitting on your left....

You may see a small part of that, from up close, but thats it. If you leave it chrome, it will reflect the color of the housing around it, and look that color.

Black chrome housing. I didn't paint the retro kit at all. It still looks like the rest of my housing. Kinda bummed it's not more "chromey" compared to the housing lol

Dumb question:

I was testing mine to check the cut off, and I couldn't see the difference between hi and low beam on my garage. Is it too close to tell or did I mess up? Or is something broken?

Looks great wicked!

dill recheck your connections and make sure the red and black wires are hooked up.

Guys remember! the relay harness's are not covered by warranty and are 59.99 a peice! they are not water proof so PLEASE, MAKE SURE THERE FAR AWAY FROM ANY WATER. If they are in the foglight area or behind the headlights they will get wet at some point!
