Injen intake TVS currently on stock pulley (going to pulley down to a 2.7 or 2.9) zzp midlenght header/dp. Gmpp touring exhaust. 60s (possibly 80s in summer) meth is going on in spring. Dual pass and griffin heat exchanger.

And for non speed stuff pedder coilovers. Powell hardcore bar. The stage 2 mounts from when Powell was selling them thru ottp. Hurst shifter.

And my favorite mod. E55 retrofits.

I'm sure there more.

I had a b&m. It was pretty much the same as stock. I swapped it out about a week ago or around there. It's way shorter and the m1 knob looks good in my opinion.

You won't need 80s if you are running meth. But make sure to run lots of it. TVS loves it

on to knobbies new shifter..... its a nice piece.... much better then his b&m.... it has a clean look, shorter throws, and more precise movement.... i like it coz they will supply any style of thier shift knobs.... they have a wide variety of clean looks.... i am seriously considering this option.... i likey....

i figure my next move will be cabs, struts/shocks, rotated mounts, solid engine mount, twm shifter, and wheels............ hopefully all before dtp.... o ya nick needs to finish my gauge cluster thingy.... i am pretty sure we can pull it off now.... after these items get finished i will be dropping to a 2.7 and starting the process of motor build and no2....

I wish our Balt group had the drive and ambition to mod like all you guys do. Kinda boring with no competition here haha.

Haha I know what you mean. When I got into the 12s last year I had V8 guys coming by after and giving me props for it. Couldn't believe a Cobalt was in the 12s lol. Especially at our crappy track. But I wil say its gotten better since the new owners too over.

 

Imagine being the slowest there!

 

hey its not because i havent tried, you do realize you are the only one who can change that.... you have a nice car, i dont know why you havent done more.... i have offered many times to help you improve it.... maybe a new look would get you more involved.... definately a polish and clean up.... maybe you need to take some time out of your busy schedule and lets refresh the appearance of your car.... i have some ideas for you if your interested....

 

I like my hurst. Only thing I hate is how hot it gets in summer and how cold it gets in winter
