as for hoods, i like this style but i would prefer it fiberglassish and matched paint.
I figure it would be functional in the from of air cooling the turbo as their mounted towards the rear.

i like that style more myself but essentially useless for sc cars...... yes mark i did realize we had ram air already.... that filter is almost right at the bumper opening..... i truely think that gm did the balt right the first time.... it was a well thought of car, a good effort on thier part....
I don't know of a single car where that style was first about practicality, second looks;
it's always been about looks over anything else...
the first time that Chevrolet used that style hood, it was a completely non-functional bolt on addition to 1978 & 1979 Camaro Z28's.
you eitehr need cowl induction taking from the low pressure area at the base of a car's windshield, or the forward edge of the hood - as far forward, and as high up as possible, as to take it out of the airflow "bubble" that a car just naturally/aerodynamically makes...
it looks fantastic though...

i did perfer the dual intakes on the ws6 ta more then the single on the maro.... still it goes back to function tho... so i would have to do the one pictured by blue.... and really for a that type of money it better be functioning.... i think you all would be surprised with the gains with jon's trunk.......
