Go re-bleed all your brakes, then do your clutch again, then see what its like.

After I did my clutch a couple years back after a couple months I couldn't shift into 2nd at revs I bled it once and it was fine

I had to just do that to mine recently too, was having slight trouble shifting under heavy load, especially as my brake pads got worse since they share the same reservoir.
