yes i do bud, the shifter gets surprisingly cold without the leather wrap.


hurry up with that turbo swap, i just seen a old vid of blue's and i am curious. ya i was extremely bored.

i didnt see the vid of your dyno with the turbo swap, racing the impala ss. well i seen it yesterday. i was so bored i went like 10 pages deep in the pics and vids section. i even did some quick math in my head to convert. i came to the conclusion that i will remain on my path for now and if i found a steal on a 1320 i would switch to that. til i see some solid evidence that the 1900 will do what they hope, then converting is my next step when i rebuild. regardless if we talk about the 1900 or converting it will be a fairly large hit in the pocket book. a sale on my m62 gear would net me next to nothing. most the big ticket items would be needed down the road.

and no i wont slap together a anything goes used, mix and matched, piece from every company kit.

if i was to blow the engine in my car on purpose, rest assured i will make it spectacular and get vids. cough cough racing kev with a 200 shot.


what kevin jealous? jon has a nice shinny knob he wants to give me and you want it too i see. well he knows my knob is thrashed from over use, it even has lost its skin. so if you wanted a nice shinny knob then maybe you should play with your knob more so it would have been thrashed too. hahhahahahahha

Yes! Ya like how I trained that Impala eh lol. I was actually surprised with it. After me he raced an EVO with some bolt ons and a tune and held right by it. The Evo pulled slightly on top.

Yeah I was impressed by it too, as that Evo should be all of a 300whp car with a weak tune, and 350whp with a solid tune on some decent boost on pump gas. Still no match for the ol Trollbalt

450whp on a blower will never ever happen without E85 or race gas.

My mom had a Grand Prix GXP. It was a quick car. I saw a stock one run a 14 flat at Gimli. They're just heavy so lack top end.

I agree, 450whp on straight pump gas on a bower on these cars just simply won't happen :/

i think it could be close if the 1900 does what they hope. close enough that with meth it would go over 450 whp.

Sure the Caliber is bone stock, but there was no way I was going to let Mr Lexus cut us off...
I *might have* chirped the tires a little, but in my defense, I soft launched (no spinning tires) it and left traction control on...

It was pretty awesome if I say so myself

A TVS on pump gas barely breaks 300whp.... No way in hell is anyone picking up another 150whp with just bolting on a bigger blower. Even with meth. The efficiency just isn't there.

Would she have been more, or less scared in the Cobalt?

It would have been over faster - but it sucks you back alot harder.

I did a roll out run against my brother in his MS1K/catless dp/exhaust eqquipped Caliber SRT4 a while back, and I took him - not by much, but a win is a win.

Just remind me to never get one of Kevin's "it's-on-like-donkey-kong" tunes - I'm pretty sure she would have permanently stained my back seat.

(Thank goodness I can post some stuff here that doesn't get out!)

if what you say is correct then a 1320 would be a complete waste of money. $2500 to gain 30 whp is such a waste. i will stay with a m62 all day long then. i am sure i have seen guys hit 330 ish on pump with a 1320. hell i am sure you hit 350 ish with meth. i completely believe the 1320 is a waste of cash regardless but if i can grab one for cheap then i would.

without meth 270 (m62) 330 (1320)
with meth 290(m62) 350 (1320)

i wouldnt pay more then 1000 plus trade of my m62. even then i consider it a waste. i would do it all day long for 500 plus trade.

in my mind if they are saying the 1900 will hit 550 with e, then 400+ on pump is not a stretch. if one uses a 7 to 10 gph meth nozzle then 450 is doable. to hit 450 with meth on a blower would be perfect. besides that if the 1900 doesnt give you a hard on when the hood pops open, then your gay.

Haha that's what I say when a race is gonna happen

I know what boost ramp is just don't use it on my car. If I was to tune you I'd set it up anyway you want I'd even show you the tables so you can get it exactly how you want
