Regarding your comments Mark, I'll readily admit to occasionally being an idiot on the road... but that's about it.
Any talk of street racing of any kind, I will always reply to in the same manner that I did earlier.
(But judging by some of the posts from today, I can see I'm in the minority here.)

You guys should know that if cops are around, you can be driving under the limit and still be charged;
it's called "stunting" and it can encompass many things...

unfortunately there`s alot of immature people on here that don`t understand that street racing isnt just about speed as you pointed out. There have been a ton of really good people abandon this site for this very reason. After 4 years I`m on the verge of giving up on it myself.

 

Why don't we all meet at race city on friday night. I haven't been for a year, I must likely won't be able to run less than 14.5 as I have a fried clutch when you put the torque to it.

 

o come on jonathan, you know i respect everyone here. including rob lol. kidding bud. but honestly it is only timmies on a sat. night with friends. yes the cops are there. watching. but honestly i have been going there for 10 + years now and only been pulled over once. that was for tinted tailights. i got a warning. big deal. also as for driving under the speed limit crap, come on man do you seriously think for 1 min a cop will give you a ticket for nothing. they are too busy as it is, they dont need to create more paper work for themselves. that is like saying i am swamped at work so i will take another job in during the coarse of a day coz i didnt have enough to do. as for this so called street racing that al bundy, and graham supposedly did. well knowing those 2 it most likely wasnt much of a race and they are both responsible enough to know when not to mess around. quite honestly by not going to the meets it has become your loss. for what because of location. hell even us senior guys here go there ie mark, tjay, daedelus( john if i remember correct) and steve. nobody here respects someone who goes out intensionally races on the streets every weekend. but we are all guilty of it from time to time. as far as race city meets go we should do this. i also agree with doing a cruise before we go to timmies on sat sometime. now after all this i will tell you that you are missing out coz man there is some great entertainment there. such as the infamous empire theme and cartman, but also we have watched so many idiots do stupid things there and got in trouble it is priceless. jonathan i believe i speak for everyone by saying give it a try, come to timmies. see man i all i am saying is you dont have to agree with steet racing to go to timmies. i dont really agree with it either but honestly i will do what i want when i want. if i want to race sylver, i will, but we will also take it to a spot where it will be just us there. i am able to show you many places that will be quiet in and out of the city. far away from anyone and anything that could poteintally be harmed. or we will take it to race city, whatever we decide to do when it happens. hell if it is close enough we will have to take it to race city just to be sure on times and ect. just my 2 cents man

as for car shows you know i will be at the ta one and probally the first alliance one too

Wow Mark! that's was well said! I almost had a tear going! but found it was something in my eye! I agree with mark and say come out and try it at least once, if it's not your thing atleast you gave it a try.

I'm pretty sure the police aren't branding the guys in "Slow-balt" corner as street racers!

and as for the car shows, I'd love to go to them but I'm working 3 weeks in july. Sorry guys

 

ya as i said earlier i am not trying to start anything i dont appreciate people calling me or graham immature for accelorating to a bit over the speed limit like seriously this is my last post about this **** steve mark and graham understand and honestly they are the only ones on here i know cause no one elsecomes to meets and i really dont care what you have to say because you should maybe know the person you are calling immature first just my 2cents

BTW graham those lights look so sweet as you drove off i am shocked they came out that good and the price was pretty good too lol

we need to get a meet set up in red deer guys would be a nice cruise and good to hang with some of the outer city guys
