lol. I was kidding. Tuning ve is enough of a pain in the ass, but I guess cams are worth looking into for the power. If your gonna do cams, might as well port the head, put on a ls1 tb, harrop 1320 & 79#'rs. Although you'll prolly need 3 inch header back for that...

 

pickles how much do u usually charge for tuning. ive had matt up in edmonton upload a tune on my vehicle so technically ive already paid him the licensing fee for hptuners... buts he gone for a year lol and i want my bitch tuned soon hahaha...

I never Said I have 200whp, Actually I am thinking after my tune I will have about 175whp, and about 165 torque!!

Lets see the mod list CAI, 2.4l throttle body and intake manifold, Ceramic long tube headers, 3inch downpipe with high flow cat. and a 2.5inch exhaust, A mrz underdrive pully and a ingles torque dampener.

I joke when i say i can compete with FI, But seriously you are retarded if you dont think that with a tune I will not easyly take a 2.4. Right now ( before i put on the intake mani and throttle body and underdrive, which are going on right before the tune) I am nose and nose with kris's 2.4l ss. maybe a little slower down low but definatly faster after about 100 kms.

So how about you stop talking **** about my ******* car. And maybe only talk when you know a full story. If youre talking about me saying I can take a subaru, I ask you when I said that and please quote the exact ******* convo. if your talking about the tech at southgate I told him If I twin charged It I could beat him. so maybe get your facts straight.

A I4 only has 1 header so unless you swapped a 6 cyl in there you can only have one! just so ya know!

Well I guess that is good enough for me. I never bough the car to be fast when I got it. I just like doing things to it, cuz its fun and it keeps me busy.

At the end of the day you all have cobalts too, and in 5 more years they will be worth nothing.

Its all about the cars and no one is bashing you. We're just trying to teach you. You're making the car out to be more than it is. Listen and learn and think 3 or 4 times before opening your mouth as there are a lot of good people on here with lots of knowledge. Besides we've seen enough idiots around here and that's what draws such harsh responses when you made your claim about being able to beat a 2.4.

Wow the SS guys in Lethbridge are douche nozzles. Except for thedude ^^. To the guy with the black SS/TC, it's still a COBALT. You don't have to ignore me when I try to say hey... /rant

 

i was just like hey... wtf hahaha. i havent seen any other SS's in leth for a longgg while. who has a TC down here???

 

I saw it at Park Place, black with high rise. Seen it once around town too. A while ago I also saw a girl driving a white one with high rise that followed me leaving the mall all the way up Jerry Potts. Probably not from town cause I haven't seen the car since then. I've also seen an older guy in a black one with low wing, had a Shaganappi sticker so also likely from Calgary. Those are the only TC's I've seen down here. Murray just sold the red one they had so it might be in town too. Overall there's not many SS's down here period. I have not seen an arrival blue or silver SS/SC at all. No yellow ones besides yours. 2.4's and G5 GT's everywhere though... everybody's mom has one.

 

ya i figured the 2 from murrays got sold cus i havent seen them on that lot in a while. there was a red one at the university for a while but i havent seen it since school ended. it looked like it had some stuff done to it. i parked beside it all the time but never had the chance to talk to the owner.

 

Guy had a navy blue TC sedan at the university too. Only saw it first semester tho. That black TC at Murray is still there, in the showroom.
