I've got plans to pick up a (2nd) pair of winters on sunday...
as long as:
- he doesn't sell them out from under me (he prefered to meet up on sunday)
- there's no surprises ~ they're used, and supposed to have a ton of tread life left.

oh?

When I told you about Harpers Tire (the Douglas Glen location is slower than their other location), I told you what to expect... I can dig out my receipt tomorrow if you care to see it...

I asked because I had understood that these are on national backorder;
I also found that Powell Race Shop has them in stock...

if you're hard up (eg some of yours are no longer usable ect) I can lend you some from the white car...

Superchips - Store
hmm, I had read that the GMS1 was more aggressive/made more power than the superchips deal... weird.

I know you're not the only one to have those numbers in their sig - now it makes sense.

i've been tempted to look into the superchips for my car. i've heard mixed reviews about them with the 2.4's

@ Steve;

Vince reports to me over .5 second drop in quarter mile et's with his tune

food for thought.

@ Mark;

I have understood 3pm was the time we're shooting for ~ I am busy till just before then...

i don't doubt that but i prefer being able to make changes to my system as needed not have to wait for a new tune file. just personal preference and nothing against vince. but i've always seen superchips to be somewhat of an option just not enough reviews for the 2.4's for me to make a decision at the moment

i really enjoy the tune. for a canned tune, with no engine bolt ons, its a blast to drive. like night and day.
