If the thread is so stupid, then quit coming in here, reading and posting.

Matt M's car is not a shop car.

What exactly does ***** taste like? I'm not willing to give it a try myself.

I was on top for about 3 months. You didn't give me a banner. I was using all JC's special parts. Everything on my car is custom, ugly, and home-made. I built my car on the side of a city street with no mechanics training @ 22 yo. I build ******* power lines for work, damn.

But, you don't acknowledge that. Then you put what are obviously 2 shop cars( as defined by: A car built in a shop to test and develop parts for a certain shop or company in order to promote the shop and gain revenue for the business) in a no shop car contest. Granted I was beaten by someone else. Stop swinging from ZZP's nuts.

You talk about nutswingers on Area and 06black but your doing the same thing for ZZP.

Again, the stock LSJ stud size is pretty small. I don't think you understand the cylinder pressures nitrous creates. It's the main reason why all the big boys drill the block and go to 1/2" studs for more pre-load or uni-bolts to keep from splitting the block in half.

No, I made 321whp off the bottle and 411 on it. Also, as far as I know Ralli did like a 13.2? I'm at a 12.89 so far after just my second trip to the track with this car.

12.89 @ 111 off the bottle.

Yeah I heard he's good at blowing up cars with just an M62 and nitrous. Oh wait, he doesn't run nitrous...

Yeah I agree with the shop car thing, but I do all my own work in a storage building. The only thing I can't do there is bore a cylinder or deck a head/block. Welding, porting, motor pulling, you name it.

God I can't wait to get a dyno graph and 1/4 mile time on E85 for all you tools.

I also did a 12.95. Two runs in the 12s out of just 5 that I've made total on this setup. You're a tool. Let's not forget I'm running massive tires so when I start spraying off the line I actually have traction. Do you know anyone else on this forum running a 26x10.50x16 slick with tubes? Didn't think so. Everyone else runs the 26x8.50 QTP. Those won't hack it for me. I'm only cutting 1.9 60s and leaving the line at like 3000rpm. When I decide to beat on it, I'm sure your boyfriends Stu or Ralli will not have a snowball's chance in hell even with nitrous on an M62. BTW, isn't Stu parting out his car? Hmm...wonder why...

For having 321 to the wheels and running slicks, you're only .2 seconds faster than me.

Not good times. Not good at all. So, my advice would be to put up or shut up. ZZP is making 33x (? IIRC) and running 11.9x-12.xx.

Lol you're basing the way my car runs on track times. Trust me, it has mid 11s when I turn up the wick. I'm allowed to be cocky. How many people here run E85 with a Harrop and have built a motor to handle the Harrop and nitrous? I will guarentee if I saw the "11 second" ZZP car out on the street I would anhiliate it.

That's great that we can all bench race in a numbers game. Too bad you weren't close to me. I would show you what 0.2 seconds at the track means from a roll on the highway.

And for ZZP only making 330 some whp, they are trapping 114mph. Sounds like they make a little more power once they get to the track. Nitrous? E85? C16? I think so.

Holy **** this thread is full of fail. Let's all argue about cobalts and ions. 400+ hp in a FWD vehicle is just stupid. If you wanted to build a drag car buy a RWD vehicle.

I didn't want to build a drag car. I built a fast street car that happens to go to the drag strip. And it's already been shown in high HP drag racing, that drivetrain really doesn't matter as long as it's set up properly.

Sorry, you are incorrect. I trap 114 on 93 octane, and no nitrous. You have to realize that the average HP of a 330whp stock turbo LNF is quite a bit higher than the average HP of a 330whp TVS LSJ.

I have no doubt I'll do it.

Are you talking about area under the curve? If so, you're obnoxiously wrong. The peak power on your LNF is missing about 1500rpm from the peak power of a Harrop powered LSJ. That tiny turbo just can't flow that much. You had more torque to launch with, I bet my next run at the track that's not the case.

My LNF makes over 320whp from 4200 to 7000 RPM. TVS LSJ setups do not have a flat power band like that. If both setups have the same peak HP, the LNF will have more area under the curve, without question.

I will agree with you there, but I don't see how you're stretching your power band like that on a stock LNF turbo with no meth, C16, or E85. I have seen solstices run LOW 12s on the stock turbo with a buttload of timing, 2-step, and meth kit on stock tires. I don't see your car running faster than that with the stock turbo.

I'm not sure what you are saying. We already ran 11s.

I'm saying I don't think you are on the stock turbo with just 93 octane with that broad of a powerband. Especially since peak VE on that motor with that turbo is at like 3500rpm. Unless you guys did some serious cam and headwork also.

Do you guys have a chassis dyno of that car?
