I could have bitched for days with all the small problems i had. Right now, seeing as this car is my DD and im on week #3 tracking down a problem, all the other stuff doesnt seem too bad.

but, the suspension clunks,
the 2 month old break pads that grind
minor cosmetic work needing done
rear defog doesnt work
etc
STILL have a special place in my heart

As for me...

Front struts are shot, one is leaking (new ones on order!)

Clicking either from axle or control arm bushing (gonna replace bushing when i do the struts)

Small hissy exhaust leak somewhere... have header gasket but way too lazy to replace

Front brakes are about shot... just riding these suckers out

I fear my passenger window is rolling up so slow its gonna quit on me one day soon

I.C. pump sometimes works and sometimes doesnt, plan to replace with a bigger pump one day
have same issue with passenger side window... too lazy to fix though... had a bad whistle coming from what sounded like the engine when i WOT, finally took it in after trying everything. in the end it was a clogged cat fixed under warranty. now i gotta figure out what I want to do next....

Got the daily running last week. Need some love. The rear struts are some janky aftermarket ones that let me bounce the rear end like a basketball. The mounts are the vibes are a bit much, misc interior pieces have broken tabs that don't allow them to fasten correctly. There plenty of small things that need addressing but it runs great

well my bower motor ticks when its on.
my trans feels odd when I shift at times (feels clunky)
there's a creaking in my front end when I go over a bump in the morning when its cold, i have a feeling its my bushing.
I need rear tires because racecar
i need front rotors, they shake when warm.
my front speakers still dont work, bought the car a year and a half ago with this problem, but I diesnt bother me. since my car can't ding at my when I dont wear my seat belt, and because dubstep and subs. haha.
and I need to paint my cheap exhaust I got from car quest to replace my fart can. its discoloring already, 2-3months old.

My 07 SS/NA did that same thing from the day I bought it to the day I sold it. 75000 miles in all.

Also the blower motor can be replaced. Not too hard. Check 1aauto.com. They have a nice tutorial on it on the page for the replacement motor.

Filled up at sheets the other day and now the engine light keeps coming on then going off with a "bank 1 too lean" code. Guessing moisture in the fuel. Going to put some heet in the tank before next fill up.

Pulls to the right a little on the highway.

Mystery rattle coming from the rear. Only happens some days.

Passenger door "lock, unlock" button doesn't work.

Passenger window becoming slow to roll back up.

Sun roof button ring falls off when i hit a bump.

Heater/AC fan makes a HELL of a noise if it isn't off or on full blast. Only makes me want to shoot my dashboard A LOT.

"Low coolant" light keeps coming on even though every time I check, the reservoir is full.

I think the top bolt was seized on or something, when I went to remove it, it wouldn't come off properly, I think I busted the ball joint in it or something. The sway bar rattles and clunks over bumps now.

Probably wasn't seized, they are just a b***h to get off, the back just spins so you have to use an impact and go on and off until it breaks free. cutting them off is an easier solution sometimes

I haven't had my Moogs off yet, but they shouldn't give you problems like the stockers.

Nah. Vehicle operating as designed lol.

If something isn't clunking in the front end, you aren't driving a Cobalt.

Mine has only ever given me problems because I fucked with it, not the car's fault.
