its going to be hard to do them for less than 18 dollars plus two fittings. fits in the drain back line. The Kappa will be a little more costly than the Delta's it takes a different fitting set up.

That's pretty cheap. Should I have a check valve running the ko4+?

i think so. its hard to find a check valve that blows off at very low .5 psi pressure. I am hoping that the crank case blow by pressure if its not in vacuum is not high pressure. Because if it is, the motor is dead.

It looks like the GM goal of vacuum under all conditions is only true if you dont cane it at the race track though. Road race. I dont think 1/4 mile is long enough to cause issue, but what do I know? The non K04 for sure ; I think those installations have pretty much dumped the vacuum idea in boost in the crapper.

I know of some check valves that open/close at low pressure but they are much more expensive than what you've found. I'll have to email you about getting a check valve to add.

we looked for months to get where we are at. Very difficult. In the end we found the correct part for the application. Most check valves blow off at higher pressure. have a higher cracking pressure. One quote for this part ran 56 dollars each. So we had to work really hard to find sources. For a stock LNF even with GMS1 in good shape it should not be needed. But if you track it etc its essential. For me having it is peace of mind. But I dont want to be upselling people that dont need it; we are responding to track issues though, for sure 100% the K04 does not stay in vacuum on the race track all the time.

^^this. When I was doing daily log runs for my ZFR tune, oil was dripping from the car after I parked it in the garage. And that was maybe 3 or 4 ~1 minute acceleration runs. Once you start doing (10) 2-minute laps around HPR I have to assume it only gets worse.

Now that I only do an occasional pull and mostly daily driving, I have no issues.

So John, do I understand correctly that this solution is final and for sale? If so, shut up and take my money! But seriously, let me know how much and I'll shoot Gloria an email!

the reason there are rotated mounts for manual transmission cobalts, is that the transmission output axle shaft position is not the same as the auto trans, The auto trans is made correctly and in alignment, the manual is not.

so no rotated mounts for autos. I spent a lot of time trying to raise the motor on auto trans cars to enable extreme drops so the axle didnt bind. It is not feasible

Drop front spindles are. They would cost about 1600 the pair. Next.

I know it's been covered and I'm sure it has been covered here (I'm not reading threw 28 pages) what's the point of changing the front lower control arm bushings? I'm not trying to be a smart ass I'm serious... I just want to learn.

The stock ones are most likely bad and causing problems such as steering wheel shake as I'm having.

No I know if they are f'd up they need to be replaced. Perhaps I didn't word that correctly. I need to replace my trailing control arm bushings again and plan on getting the spherical set but I was wondering what the advantage is to swap out the leading stock ones for Powell ones.

more solid feel. better control of your camber when turning and driving aggressive.
