Uh, what?
It's a 10mm bolt.

I took the nut off the screw but it won't come up. I'll deal with that tomorrow.

If the car's off, you have nothing to worry about.

Well, I reset the computer on Tuesday. I haven't had an engine light yet. If I make it to Saturday without a light, I'll declare victory.

So what is the blue part outlined in the ***** drawing?
And how do you remove the purge solenoid without removing the bracket it sits on?

Yeah I'm going to have to bump this thread back from the dead again. I've been throwing P0171 for months now and I have been using the Torque app and it says my Evap system is "Incomplete". I have replaced the MAF sensor and all the hose clamps on the intake. Many of the vacuum lines around the purge solenoid are cracked so I think its time to replace all that. Hopefully this finally cures it. Just snooping around for the right sized ID of tubing. And did you guys just buy vinyl tubing from Lowes or find silicone tubing somewhere? I saw the post above about using the 1/4" ID and 3/16" ID with a reducer to the hose "911" in that large diagram.

I'd also like to know what the blue part is.... my recaro car seems to be missing it altogether... what does it control??? I noticed my boost gauge isn't working, would this do this?? I do know the gauges have a tendency to stop working... already had to replace in my silver car

Recaro seats and or G85 did not change anything in terms of the engine...

Not sure why you are missing anything. Did you buy it used?
