You would absolutely freight train a stock C5

Did you check your wastegate preload bro? Does the boost come on pretty nicely or is it sluggish? I'm sure KMO would have you check these things but it's possible that the nut/rod came loose and backed off a bit?
It comes in nice hits 21psi then starts going down a bit to 19 then jump to 20. I did check it already and just for the sake of saying maybe it was installed wrong I redid the preload. I'm going to check again soon....

Camaro SS? 36k is the cheapest I can find right now, and it didn't even have leather seats.

SS Sedan? I'd pay 35k for one and daily drive it for 10 years. Not 45-50k. Dealers won't even budge $ 1,000 on those things, and I missed the 20% off deal. When it comes down to the wire it's still an outdated 2008 Pontiac G8 with minor updates.

I thought about getting a truck and looked at the Colorado. That 3.6 is such garbage, and now the 2017's have AFM. Never in a million years would I buy a car with that feature. The diesel is cool but takes 10 seconds to get to 60, and I don't even tow anything.

Silverado is an absolute bus. $ 51,000. Even with their 17% off "savings" you're still looking at a 40-45k truck. As a daily driver? No thanks.

I love GM, but they are really pissing me off right now with their current offerings.

Gave her a quick wash, removed bugs from grille and bumper after night drive...
Finally replaced my speakers with upgraded Pioneers, rewired passenger door and testing some design ideas on a spare wheel.

Just bought my Cobalt a 911. So now the Cobalt can be a garage queen. And by garage queen, I mean it's going to go hang out in the garage for the summer and come out once it gets cold.

It is sad too, there are no leaks whatsoever in the engine or tranny. body and frame just rotted out around it.

That's my plan too, drive it until it rots. Then if the drivetrain is still mint one of those DF Goblins sounds like a sweet idea to keep it "alive"

That is a solid idea, I'd consider that or a swap into an older model (not sure what) due to emissions here and I'd like to be able to street drive it.

Installed a new TMAP... Now I know what my real manifold temps are. I didn't expect the reading to fluctuate as fast as it does.

I decided to forgo the trashed SS leather and trim. The previous owner definitely didn't care for the leather as he should have. I was about to get the seats recovered, until I stumbled upon a complete mint leather interior in a junkyard out of a 09 LT.

heres Ed pics of the old seats and door panels, and what it looks like now.

I also found a blue G5 decklid for 20 bucks, so why not?

Today, I took it for a car wash, made my emblems black, and added a funny decal. It's a play on the turbo and a term angry people yell at others in League of Legends for anyone who knows about that.

Done previously, I got a K&N intake installed and swapped out the junk, falling apart shift boot for a nicer one.

Drove it to the grocery store. The Cobalt has been my grocery getter since 2015, sadly.

I've been wanting to do my interior trim for a while, just been watching YouTube videos on the different styles people did.

Omar's turned out great. That's the kind of quality I hope to achieve this weekend.
