I'd guess timing chain or valve-train. Might be worth popping the valve cover off and having a look

As long as it doesn't rip and is still springy I reuse the valve cover gaskets all the time.

Yup found one in advance auto so that should work. Thinking of getting the chain tensioner and if I needed then replace it then if I dont need it then I'll return it

I guess I never updated this post and my vibration issue. It ended up being the balance shaft guide had broken. The noise was coming from the chain having slack and also the chain was rubbing against the tensioner
