Thanks man. I totally forgot about my idler setup. I don't have anything for it. I'm going to custom make a bracket and I guess order an idler. I'll probably get the oversized tensioner pulley from zzp and just mount it to whatever bracket i fabricate
bout 3/4 to an inch. Can't remember. But I'd really suggest getting the lsj stuff. It will be wayy easier to play with the belt. I had zzps idler setup before and I went through 2 tensioners on it. The belt was tight as hell and could barelyy get it on. Switched to lsj setup and the same belt is now wayy easier to get on and fits perfect instead of wayy too tight.
I was thinking about getting the LSJ stuff, I'm going to grab it if I can ever find it used. The cheapest I found the actual tensioner was 170 bucks, but I forgot where that was. The LSJ Tensioner will bolt right on to the side of the LE5, correct? And yes, I'm going to space my alternator out an inch. Need to get some spacers and longer bolts. That's the easy part. :P

I used the LSJ tensioner, bracket, idler, alternator, and stock belt. everything fits and works like factory.
I also figured out a trouble-free way to get the belt on and off. It involves a c-clamp.

Ok. You'll need a C-clamp that spans at least 9 inches. you'll also need a flat piece if metal. I used a 5" long piece of 2" x 3/8" flat bar. you can use anything you have thats strong and flat.
Place the flat bar across from the engine mount to the tensioner. make sure its resting nice and flat on the belt.
Use the C-clamp to press down on the flat bar. the bottom of the c-clamp is supported by the lower part of the tensioner, where its bolted to your block. make sure its nice and vertical and begin clamping it down.
It goes down about 1-2 inches. The clamp will keep it there the whole time you work on your car. when youre done and you made sure the belt is sitting nicely, just release the clamp and youre done. The C-clamp I used was a 16" x 6". It was a bit large and tricky to get in there, but it worked good. I would recommend a 12" x 4" clamp.

Silver stig thats a different way to do it lol.
The way I do it is have the sc off and get a torx and out it in the middle of the tensioner pulley and use a 15mm wrench on thetop of it. Have someone push those 2 back and it makes the tensioner go down like 2 inches also. Then I just line up the supercharger and stick the bolts in and tighten them a little. Oh and put the belt on too lol. Then just release bolts after yyou've tightened a good amount. Takes an extra person but it is easy to do.
