its a bunch of guys on a forum talking with people they have been around for quite some time, ill tell you right now, i talk about getting laid, racing and modding to my buddies outside the forums(i know im not the only one), this is just a different venue to relay the information, why should some of it be banned?

yes i agree it sucks it got banned i enjoyed thoes threads and actually learnd from then i even used some fo the arguments in my govt class. but for the people who are trying to take this away from the forum bc the lost there politics its childish

But this thread isn't even about past threads on other topics, this is whether or not you feel as a forum we should allow the open and public discussion of street racing and allow our members to post/boast about it freely.

But for street racing, at times I like to read them, but when they turn into flame fests it's nasty
I'm only hesitant to vote for a ban, because this will spread into the lounge. I think. So far the politics ban has worked well, so maybe everything will be ok.
I'm good with whatever the mods and the poll decide.

Plenty of other forums out there with "war stories". Not all stories are street race stories, though the majority are, a few are just random encounters with a**hats, while other can be seen as road rage stories.
Usually when encountering a**hats the prudent thing would be to let them be and not get involved in an acceleration match, but there are a few members who like to be more aggressive while on the road.
I wonder how many passive drivers are on this forum? I know there are a few, I'm slowly getting there.
