New header & down-pipe sale!
Sorry guys. We got slammed today. A large majority were Cobalt owners. We are building them in batches. Some may ship out of order because of ceramic coating. We are working on getting everyone's orders built and shipped. You will all receive an email notification when your order ships.
Thanks fo your understanding.

We have had a lot of interest for our new exhaust system. We have had orders placed, lots of questions asked and customers looking for up-dates or wanting to make payments, additions, etc. It's nice we have finally gotten our name out to the Cobalt community but the response to our products came in a huge wave.
Anyways, we will be working on Cobalt parts all week. We also decided to move forward with a stainless header. Flanges are on order and we'll be bending stainless primary tubes as soon as we are done with all current production.
Thanks again.

We are building this week. A couple have shipped but the majority are in some stage of fabrication; bending, assembly or finish work. Group purchase is over. We're getting there guys. Please remain patient. Thanks again.
Thought i would share this post with ya'll.... this is before with the header/downpipe on my car and after with the full 3" catless-back exhaust.
18 mpg (old) 555 gallons a year
23 mpg (new) 434 gallons a year
Fuel saving for one year putting 10k on it.
Thats 121 less gallons of fuel per year. And at a rate of 92 octane paying the lowest price around(cosco) is 4.59 a gallon.
Total Savings for one year with new exhaust= $555.00 Bucks! Damn thats a good deal... haha
NOTE: This is all calculated on MY personal car, not yours, so it may vary.

Just another up-date on production.
We bent another 16 sets of 1 3/4" steel primary tubes today. 25 1 3/4" steel collectors were formed. All velocity cones were cut and welded on. (I still need to get a picture of the cone before the collector gets welded on. I'll be heading to Performance Coatings tomorrow to drop off a bunch of headers. Down pipes will be getting assembled tomorrow less the 2-bolt flat factory flange. (They are being laser cut for pick-up on Thursday). If all goes well we can get a bunch of header/DP kits (without ceramic coating) shipped Friday.
Also, Dana, looks like you will be making money after the first year with our 3" exhaust installed.
You can't beat a high performance part that pays for itself in a year or less.
Thanks again everyone.

Dan and his crew have been working pretty hard between production and using our cars to produce new products for everyone. I would be very anxious as well especially since i know how it's going to turn out! :P
I need all my parts by next weekend to keep on schedule.
Thanks again.
But, our regular retail is still a great price for the design and quality of our products. You are welcome to order.
Thanks for your interest in our products.
