fair enough. Oh and I had an 04 Notice the chromes the 03's came with the alluminum. I would have ran a 12.5 or so if I didn't miss 3rd on that one run with I got the 1.9 60ft. I just looked up a bunch of 5.0's in the 11's and they all got a 1.8 60ft or better. 114mph-117 or so. I guess I see where your coming from. warm those mickeys a little better next time Or did you say ET streets? Either way I miss RWD
imagine having the motor sing a 5k while you pop the clutch and it bogs. the car didn't spin an inch at all. it just needs 26" tires or 3.73s. Even so it will only go 11.5-11.6 with my car

I think 3.73s will be your ticket. My cobra came stock with 3.55s and I would have gone 3.73s myself but I just couldn't justify the cost and only going up a little bit of gear. And 3.90s or 4.10s would have been too much IMHO for a FI v8 car.

My 12 has
M6 with 3.31 gears
Boss manifold, 85mm tb, steeda boss air intake
lt's, orx, jpc over axle pipes, and gt500 mufflers
Evolution/Lund tune
aluminum driveshaft
best et on regular radials was 12.20 at 120.5. went 11.79 at 120.0 while bogging on 295/55 MT drag radials. The car picked up ALOT of power on the dyno about 6500rpm with the boss manifold setup and picked up close to 3mph at the track. I need to switch to 3.73s if i plan to keep on running the 295/55 drag radial.

Tip for other 5.0 owners on my 13 my fog light and grill block 90% of the outside airflow to my intake snorkel. Removing my fog lights and grill seems to help my IATs stay a lot cooler when sitting and seems to keep the overall IATs much cooler than before and I venture to say that it will really help those with high flow intakes like you slowstang.

Cooler weather is beautiful, dynod this past weekend, first pull was around 3pm at about 75-80 degrees out put down 430/397, did another pull at like 630 at about 60-65 degrees out and put down 434/407, I plan on gettin a different grill that moves/removes that fog light and allows more air flow, every little bit helps

I still need to trim the front bumper support bracket some as it obstructs the air being rammed strait into the duct but I have seen some small improvements in gas mileage at cruise (0.5-1.0 MPG average seen). Once I cut the inner bracket and all I expect some more improvement. Hopefully I get my SCT software soon. First performance mod will be an extremely aggressive E-85 tune!!!!.

Yeah I cannot wait. E-85 is worth 30+ whp and 35+ wrtq throughout the whole curve over an agressive 93 octane tune (55 whp and 65 wrtq over stock). Going to hate the 25% fuel mileage decrease though being my DD but going to try to fight it by tuning VCT, Lean cruise (if I have the tables) and adding global spark.
E-85 vs 93 octane same spark advance, same PE lambda, same car, and the same dyno. This is a 2011 with LTs and CAI otherwise stock.

Term - Love the green. I'm a red candy/sport red/strawberry fan as thats what my mustangs and cobalt are. I got a great deal on my 12 as the 13s were coming out. If I waited for the 13 it would be Gotta Have it Green for sure.

Thanks. I would have taken a 12 if they had one left over but I got a good deal on the 13. 32K sticker (base GT M6 with the $600 paint option) I got it for 27K plus tax, tag, etc. They had every color for me to choose from and I was torn between the green and the deep impact blue.
