I'd get a internal wastegate, then you'll have a rather stock sounding monster

 

I love this one but does it keep the turbo in the stock position? I want to run ZZP's EFR turbo when they release it, so i dont want to have to modify my Charge pipes and Downpipe, and intake...

 

it looks to be in the same spot as the stock turbo. i also used synapse charge pipes so i wouldnt know for sure, seems to be a decent amount of room back there though. ill get pics this weekend

 

Synapse's kit has the turbo rotated IIRC?

 

yeah im pretty sure it does. plus the flange is wayyy off from the stock flange anyway. lol! i love that manifold tho...

 

rotated as in the compressor exit points down? or the intake comes in from the right?

 

rotated as in the flange for the turbo points up instead of down or towards the back like the stock one.

 

hmm ill have to look. i know the dp is totally different from stock, its 3 piece i think

 

nothing against your taste, but...if I had a choice it'd be external every time.

I did notice that non of these are exactlly like the one you were showing. So is it one that you guys custom made?

 

you have to remember that the borg warner efr uses the exducer for it's measurements.

if you look at the 6758 inducer size, it matches the 54mm inducer that matt is talking about

I'm feeling ya. Just date range would be great! I'm sitting on my tooth fairy and piggy bank money, waiting for this EFR Turbo and stage 2 cams!!!

But I honestly don't know how long I can go without spending this cash... I almost used it as a deposit on a Silver F150 Raptor Saturday...

I can't go anywhere till I spend this, no dealerships, no car meets, and least of all no Home Depot!!

ZZP this is torture!! Yes give us a month or season we can expect it!

I'm with ya man, I'd like to know a time frame too but we can't be too pushy becasue that's when things go wrong

I'm sure they want to perfect everything obviously before they put it up for sale

 

I'd also like to know a date as well. Also, since there are no tuners in my area, how will this beast be tuned? Trifecta or HPT or do u guys have your own tuning in-house? Because of this problem, I may drive down there this summer and let u guys do all the work for me, providing it's reasonably priced

Wow thanks Blazin07SS somehow I never read this and was looking at 3 vendors of ordering through and now its just 1 Your researching into making sure theres little to none fabrication for buyers is clutch and sold me....I will be waiting on the release with the others..

 

why not get a dump truck/18 wheeler high pressure DI pump and some higher flowing DI injectors?
